Site 12 – Clinton Commerce Park

This project included excavation, embankment, grading and infrastructure to prepare seven (7) building sites for future development, roughly 1.35 million c.y. of earthmoving activities. The project also included construction of two asphalt roadways with roadway lighting, extension of existing domestic waterline, installation of new waterline, installation of new underground electric and telecom ductbanks and installation of new gravity sanitary sewer lines. Installation of a sanitary sewer pump station and force main was also included. Construction of storm sewers, storm water retention and detention ponds for each future building pad site and two (2) permanent stormwater infiltration basins were also included.

Extensive coordination was required with Findlay Township Municipal Authority (FTMA) and Duquesne Light Company for commissioning of the new sanitary sewer pump station.
