Hemlock Court Wedding Pavilion Hartwood Acres Park

This project consisted of constructing a pre-engineered structure to serve as a Wedding Pavilion at Hartwood Acres Park along with associated sitework.

A new accessible parking area was constructed off an existing service driveway. The area was graded and concrete pavement was placed for two new accessible parking spaces. A portion of the existing cobble stone driveway along with some existing damaged concrete pavement adjacent to the new parking area was removed and replaced with new decorative concrete. A new decorative concrete sidewalk was constructed from the parking area to the Wedding Pavilion site to provide an accessible path.

An underground infiltration trench was constructed for storm water management.

The existing electrical feed remained, but the Electrical Contractor installed a new panel to serve the Wedding Pavilion.

New foundations and frost walls were constructed.
