Beaver County Parking Garage

This project consisted of a four level, 270 vehicle, structural steel frame with precast concrete spandrels, cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete slabs above grade. Foundations consisted of 18” auger cast concrete piles and below grade reinforced concrete ramp retaining walls.

Also included in the project was site preparation, demolition of existing buildings, site utilities, interior and exterior lighting, an emergency electrical system, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, interior drainage and a hydraulic elevator.
